Rouille Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh white bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup fish liquid (from Bourride)
1/3-1/2 cup oil, Dash of hot pepper sauce
Directions
In blender, combine bread crumbs, garlic and fish liquid.
Blend on low speed 30 seconds.
Add oil in slow, steady stream to achieve consistency of mayonnaise.
Add hot pepper sauce.
Note: Make quickly by adding 2 cloves crushed garlic and 2â€â€3 drops hot pepper sauce to 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
