Rotini Con Zucchini Recipe

Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Prosciutto or ham, chopped 4 oz. | ||
| Zucchini | 2 | |
| Chicken stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Peppercorns | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili peppers 1/2 tsp. | ||
| Rotini, cooked and drained 1 lb. | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 4 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
Heat oil and butter in a frying pan,and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add ham and cook for 3 minutes more.
Slice zucchini and cut into match sticks, then add to pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add stock and seasonings, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Toss with cooked pasta, and sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
