1 can pineapple chunks
 
1 can sliced cling peaches
 
3 tablespoons butter
 
1/2 cup red currant jelly
 
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
 
3/4 cup warm wild-cherry brandy
 
1 quart vanilla ice cream

Directions

Melt butter in blazer pan over moderate heat.
Add jelly, lemon rind and syrup from pineapple.
Stir to blend ingredients.
Place over boiling water in water pan and add fruit.
Cook and stir until fruit is thoroughly hot.
Then add warm wild-cherry brandy.
Stir for a few seconds and ignite
