Unflavored Gelatine - 1 envelope
Cold Water - 1/2 cup
Condensed Tomato Soup - 1 can
Onion - 1 teaspoon, grated
Crisp Salad Greens
Creamy Cottage Cheese - 1 cup
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a saucepan, add in 1 cup cold water. Sprinkle gelatin over it.
2) Cook the pan on low heat, while stirring, till the gelatin has dissolved.
3) Take the pan off the heat. Add in the condensed tomato soup and grated onion. Mix well.
4) Transfer the mixture into a 1-quart mould, rinsed with cold water earlier.
5) Refrigerate the mixture till it sets.
SERVING
6) Arrange the salad greens on a platter.
7) Unmould the Rosy and White Aspic onto the platter.
8) Garnish the salad with creamy cottage cheese.
