Rosemary Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 16 oz. package frozen Brussels sprouts, thawed and drained | ||
| Rosemary | 1/2 Tablespoon, finley minced | |
| 2 T low fat margarine | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 T black pepper nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
Pat the sprouts dry and cut each in half.
In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, lowfat margarine, garlic salt and pepper.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Place the sprouts in the grill and spread the herb butter over the sprouts.
Grill the sprouts for 8-9 minutes.
As the herb butter melts, it will drip into the grilling tray.
To serve, spoon the sprouts into a bowl and pour the melted herb butter over them.
