Rosemary And Prosciutto Filling Recipe
Ingredients
2 egg yolks
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 pound prosciutto, finely chopped
1/4 cup grated imported Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons crumbled dried rosemary
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Beat egg yolks into ricotta.
Stir in prosciutto, Parmesan and rosemary.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
