Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds tiny new potatoes, quartered | ||
| 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking oil | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dried rosemary | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place new potatoes in a greased 3-quart rectangular baking dish.
In a small bowl stir together oil, garlic, salt, rosemary, thyme, and pepper.
Pour mixture over potatoes.
Toss to coat evenly.
