Rosemary Parmesan Twists Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Rosemary | 1 1/2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll puff pastry into a 10 x 14 inch rectangle.
Whisk egg and water together and lightly brush onto the pastry with a pastry brush.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and rosemary (add a little pepper here if you like).
Cut the pastry into 24 long strips, each about 1/2 inch wide.
Twist each strip and place on baking sheets.
Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden.
