Rosemary Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 hard-cooked eggs | ||
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Light cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| White wine vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon minced shallots or yellow onion | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary or 1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary | ||
| 1/8 teaspoon powdered mustard | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Pinch | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Place the hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator, allow to chill. Then shell and halve the eggs horizontally.
2) Remove and blend the yolks with rest of the ingredients until creamy.
3) From a pastry bag with a nozzle, pipe the mixture into the whites.
4) Place the stuffed rosemerry eggs in the refrigerator and allow to chill for an hour.
SERVING
5) Serve in a nice plate.
