Rose Iced Fruits Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups Canadian rose wine | ||
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 2 each, grapefruits and oranges, peeled and sectioned | ||
| Peaches | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 small melon, cut in balls | ||
| 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey | ||
| Ginger syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Pour wine into a freezer tray and freeze to a mush.
Drain canned fruit and add maple and ginger syrups to the juice.
Arrange layers of fruit attractively in a deep glass bowl and add juice mixture.
Refrigerate.
Spoon frozen rose on top just before serving, or prepare individual servings in glass compotes.
