 2 cups Canadian rose wine
 Pineapple1 Can (10oz)
 2 each, grapefruits and oranges, peeled and sectioned
 Peaches1 Can (10oz)
 1 small melon, cut in balls
 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
 Ginger syrup2 Tablespoon

Directions

Pour wine into a freezer tray and freeze to a mush.
Drain canned fruit and add maple and ginger syrups to the juice.
Arrange layers of fruit attractively in a deep glass bowl and add juice mixture.
Refrigerate.
Spoon frozen rose on top just before serving, or prepare individual servings in glass compotes.
