Roquefort Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| 1/4 pound Roquefort cheese | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Scallion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| 1 tablespoon cognac or brandy | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients; cream to blend.
Serve with beef or with raw vegetables as a dip.
