Roquefort Salad Ring Recipe

Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 pound Roquefort cheese | ||
| Cottage cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of Tabasco sauce | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
Directions
Combine gelatin and cold water, let stand 5 minutes.
Dissolve over hot water.
Mash Roquefort cheese, stir in cottage cheese and blend thoroughly.
Add seasonings and melted gelatin.
Fold in mayonnaise and cream.
Pour into 6-inch ring mold and chill.
Unmold on lettuce cups and garnish with tomatoes and ripe olives.
Serve with French dressing.
