Ingredients

 
Cream cheese - 3 pkg.
 
Roquefort cheese - 1 cup
 
Milk - 6 tbsp.
 
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
 
Salt - 1 tsp.
 
White pepper - 1 tsp.
 
Gelatin - 3 tbsp.
 
Heavy cream - 2 cup

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Bring cheeses to room temperature.

MAKING
2. In a bowl blend cheeses with milk, lemon juice and seasonings and beat until smooth.
3. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water and dissolve over hot water.
4. Stir gelatin into cheese mixture.
5. Whip cream until stiff peaks form and fold into gelatin mixture.
6. Pour mixture into large ring mold and chill until firm.

SERVING
7. Garnish with fruits.
8. Serve with mayonnaise thinned with pineapple juice of this dessert.
