Ingredients

 
1/4 lb. Roquefort cheese
 
1/4 c. boiling water
 
1 tsp. onion juice
 
1 tsp. garlic juice
 
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
 
Dash of hot pepper sauce
 
2 c. mayonnaise
 
1 c. buttermilk
 
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Dissolve cheese in boiling water; set aside for 30 minutes.
Beat cheese mixture with rotary beater until smooth; add onion juice, garlic juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce, mayonnaise, buttermilk and salt.
Blend well.
Let stand for 24 hours before using.
