Roquefort-Anchovy Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 c. chopped green onions
2 c. mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1/2 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. anchovy paste
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6oz. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine onions, mayonnaise, garlic and parsley.
Blend anchovy pasts, vinegar and lemon juice; add to mayonnaise mixture.
Beat cheese into dressing; season with salt and pepper.
Chill well.
