Roquefort Stuffed White Turnips Recipe
Roquefort Stuffed White Turnips has been in my head for a while now. I had never tried Roquefort Stuffed White Turnips earlier and hence had some starting trouble. I'm glad I tried it!
Ingredients
| 4 equal-sized white turnips, peeled | ||
| Roquefort | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pinch of nutmeg | ||
| Chives | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook turnips.
– Cut a slice off top of each turnip and set aside.
– Scoop out pulp.
– In a bowl, combine turnip pulp and Roquefort cheese and run through blender.
– Add nutmeg and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
– Garnish turnips with stuffing and serve.
