Roquefort Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Bite-size pieces of salad greens - 6 to 8 cups | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Roquefort | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a salad bowl toss greens lightly that has been rubbed with garlic along with salt, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper and Roquefort.
SERVING
2. Serve at once.
