 Bite-size pieces of salad greens - 6 to 8 cups
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Salt1 To taste
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cider vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Roquefort1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crumbled

Directions

MAKING
1. In a salad bowl toss greens lightly that has been rubbed with garlic along with salt, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper and Roquefort.

SERVING
2. Serve at once.
