Roquefort Mousseline Recipe
Ingredients
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese
1/4 cup (60 ml) soui cream
1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
2 tbsp (30 ml) Roquefort cheese, crumbled
3/4 tsp (3 ml) Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp (10 ml) chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor.
Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
