| 1/4 cup port or Madeira wine | ||
| Hot water | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Push the cheese through a strainer until smooth, then mix with the remaining ingredients to form a creamy dressing.
This dressing may be served with vegetable salads as well as chicken, game and pasta salads.
