Roquefort Cream Recipe
Ingredients
2 tsp (10 ml) butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
1 1/2 cups (375ml) 15% cream
1/4 CUP (60 ml) grated
Parmesan cheese
2 tsp (10 ml) Roquefort cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper
Meat-stuffed
Tortellini, cooked
Directions
– In a skillet, melt butter and cook onion and garlic until soft. Pour cream over mixture. Add grated Parmesan and Roquefort. Season with salt and pepper and reduce until smooth.
– Add tortellini and heat to warm. Sprinkle with Roquefort and serve.
