1 In the mixing glass, add two dollops of whipped cream.
2 Pour in the Coole Swan and whiskey over the cream.
3 Fill the mixing glass with fresh ice.
4 Cover and shake vigorously.
5 Fill 2/3 of the serving glass with fresh ice.
6 Pour in the root beer to fill the glass up to the level of ice.
7 Strain the drink in the mixing glass slowly over the root beer.
8 Top the drink with another dollop of whipped cream.
9 Garnish with a pretzel stick and add a drinking straw.
10 Float Creme de Mure on top and serve.
