Directions

MAKING
1. Boil potatoes and refrigerate overnight.
2. In a mixing bowl, add diced potatoes, garlic, Romano cheese, milk, cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, salt and pepper.
3. In a baking dish, put the mixture and sprinkle Romano cheese over it.
4. Pop it into the oven for 35 minutes at 350*F.
