Roman-Style Pizza (Pizza Alia Romana) Recipe

Ingredients
Basic Pizza Dough
1/2 lb (250 g) Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/2 cup (60 g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup (62.5 ml) olive oil
2 onions, sliced
3 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
Directions
Arrange Mozzarella cheese on the rolled out pizza dough.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
Lay sliced onions on top and sprinkle with fresh basil.
Bake in a 450°F (230°C) oven for about 25 minutes.
