Directions
1) Under running water, wash the romaine and place in a colander to drain
2) Mince the garlic through a garlic press
3) Mix together the parsley, vinegar, olive oil and Dijon mustard, salt and pepper
4) Pour the dressing over the romaine to coat

5) Mount the plates with the Romain Salad and serve with extra dressing on the side.
