Ingredients

 Red Radishes- 3 or 4nos
 Romaine- 1 medium-sized head
 Cucumber- 1no, sliced thin diagonally
 Sweet Onion- 4 ounces, sliced and broken into rings (1 medium-sized)
 Wine vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste
 Imitation Butter Flavouring- 1/8 teaspoon (optional)
 Parsley1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the radishes lengthwise to make 4 slice of one radish.
2) Place the radish slices in ice water for 10 to 15 minutes or until they opens.
3) Leave the romaine in cold water until crisp.
4) Tear the romaine in bite sized piece.

MAKING
5) Line a salad bowl with romaine and arrange cucumbers and onion rings.
6) Toss lightly.
7) In a bowl, mix together vinegar, salt, pepper and butter flavouring.
8) Sprinkle the salad with the vinegar mixture, and stir lightly.

SERVING
9) Garnish the salad with parsley and radish rosettes.
