Rollmops with Sour Cream Recipe
Ingredients

| 350 g / 12 oz jar of good quality pickled herring | ||
| 150 ml / 1/4 pt / 2/3 cup sour cream | ||
Directions
Soak onion in salt water for 30 min.
Rinse, wring out, and mix with sour cream and herring cut into large pieces.
Serve chilled, as an appetizer.
