 Turkey roast - 1, 675 g (1-1/2 lb), boned and rolled
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm)
 Melted butter50 Milliliter
 Rosemary5 Milliliter
 Marjoram5 Milliliter
 Pepper15 Milliliter

Directions

MAKING
1.Place cloves of garlic inside the turkey roast.
2.For the glaze, combine butter,marjoram, rosemary, parsley and pepper.
3.In a cooking bag, place roast and pour in the glaze.
4.Seal bag and take care to leave a small opening for steam to escape.
5.In a shallow dish, place bag and its contents.
6. Microwave at 10% for 19 min/kg (8 min/lb).
7.Turn turkey over halfway through cooking time.
8.Let stand for 10 minutes in bag before serving.

SERVING
9. Serve as main dish for a formal luncheon.
