Rodeo Hash Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
3 cups diced raw potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
2 T. shortening
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Generous dash pepper
Directions
In skillet, brown beef in shortening with potatoes and celery; stir to separate meat.
Pour off fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
Stir often.
