 Miniature marshmallows2 Cup (32 tbs)

 Unsweetened chocolate square1
 Cream cheese2 Ounce
 Milk1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Powdered sugar1 Pound
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour 9x13" pan.
In large sauce pan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate.
Add remaining bar ingredients.
Mix well and spread in prepared pan.
In small bowl combine cream cheese with next 5 ingredients.
Blend until smooth and fluffy, stir in nuts.
Spread over chocolate mixture.
Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and bake 25-30 min.or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 minute longer.
In large saucepan over low heat, melt butter, chocolate and cream cheese, milk.
Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth, immediately pour over marshmallows and stir together.
