Rocky Road Fudge Bars Recipe
Ingredients
BAR:
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Square Chocolate
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1/2 to 1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
FILLING:
6 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Tbs. Flour
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts
6 Oz. Chocolate Chips
FROSTING:
2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Square Unsweetened Chocolate
2 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Lb. Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour 9x13" pan.
In large sauce pan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate.
Add remaining bar ingredients.
Mix well and spread in prepared pan.
In small bowl combine cream cheese with next 5 ingredients.
Blend until smooth and fluffy, stir in nuts.
Spread over chocolate mixture.
Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and bake 25-30 min.or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 2 minute longer.

Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth, immediately pour over marshmallows and stir together.
