Peanut Butter Rocky Road Recipe
Ingredients
15 large marshmallows
1 cup crunchy-style peanut butter
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate morsels
Directions
Cut the marshmallows into quarters, using wet kitchen scissors.
Arrange on the bottom of a buttered 8-inch square pan.
Melt the peanut butter and chocolate morsels in a saucepan over very low heat.
Stir to blend as the mixture begins to melt.
When completely melted and blended, dribble over the top of the marshmallows.
Spread evenly.
Chill until firm, then cut into squares
