Rocky Road Peanut Butter Pop Corn Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 quarts popped Pop Com | ||
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light corn syrup | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Peanut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup chunky or creamy peanut butter | ||
| Miniature marshmallows | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate pieces | ||
| Vegetable shortening | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Place popped pop corn and raisins in large bowl.
In saucepan, heat corn syrup and butter to boiling.
Boil 3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter pieces and peanut butter.
Stir until smooth.
Pour mixture over pop corn, tossing gently to coat all pieces.
Press into buttered 9-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle marshmallows and peanuts over top, pressing lightly into pop corn mixture.
Melt combined chocolate pieces and shortening over very low heat.
Drizzle over top.
Cool several hours before serving.
Cut into 2 1/4 X1-inch bars.
