Ingredients

 Instant chocolate pudding mix package1
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 1 cup fat-free milk
 Evaporated milk1 Can (10oz), skimmed
 Miniature marshmallows3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Semi-sweet chocolate1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup coarsely chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts

Directions

Combine pudding mix and sugar in a large bowl.
Gradually add fat-free milk and evaporated milk, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate morsels, and peanuts.
Pour chocolate mixture into freezer can of a 2-quart hand-turned or electric freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Pack freezer with additional ice and rock salt, and let stand at least 1 hour before serving.
