Rocky Road Candy Recipe
Ingredients
| Chocolate Chips package | 1 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Dry roasted peanuts | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Miniature marshmallows package | 1 |
Directions
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk; remove from heat.
In large bowl, combine nuts and marshmallows; stir in chocolate mixture.
Spread in wax paper-lined 13x9-inch pan.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from pan; peel off paper and cut into squares.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
MICROWAVE: In 1-quart glass measure, combine chips, margarine and sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave on full power (high) 3 minutes, stirring after 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir to melt chips.
Let stand 5 minutes.
