Ingredients
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed in cup
3 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. citrus fruit mix
Directions
Mix shortening, brown sugar and eggs together thoroughly.
Stir in flour, soda, cinnamon and cloves.
Then stir in raisins, chopped nuts and citrus fruit mix.
Mix all ingredients together.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
