Rockmelon Dream Recipe

Crushed ice

30 ml (1 measure) Galliano

15 ml (1/2 measure) maraschino liqueur

30 ml (1 measure) orange juice

30 ml (1 measure) cream

1/4 rockmelon, peeled and chopped

Combine ice, Galliano, maraschino liqueur, orange juice, cream and rockmelon pieces in blender; blend well.
Pour into champagne saucer.
