Rock Lobster With Parsley Butter Recipe
Ingredients
16 2-oz. frozen rock lobster-tails
1 c. butter
1 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 bay leaves
Directions
Drop lobster-tails into boiling salted water to cover.
Bring water to a boil; cook for 2 minutes.
Drain immediately; rinse with cold water.
Cut away under- side membrane with kitchen shears.
Remove lobster; cut in crosswise slices.
Keep warm.
Place butter, paprika, parsley and' bay leaves in saucepan over low heat until butter is melted.
Remove bay leaves.
Pour butter mixture over lobster pieces.
Serve with lemon slices.
