Ingredients
South African Rock Lobster tails – 6 (4 ounce)
Butter – 4 tablespoons
Flour – 4 tablespoons
Tomato Juice – 2 cups
Canned Sliced Mushrooms – 1 (3 ounces)
Green Pepper – 1 small, finely chopped
Onion – 1 teaspoon, scraped
Ketchup – 1 tablespoon
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Paprika – 1 teaspoon
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pot of salted boiling water, drop the frozen lobster tail
2) Cook for 2 minutes when the water re-boils
3) Drain the tails in a colander with cold water
4) Carefully remove the meat from the shells and using a sharp knife, dice the meat
5) In a saucepan, melt the butter and over a low heat
6) Add in the flour and the tomato juice and cook till thickened
7) In a colander drain the mushrooms
8) In a frying pan, melt some butter and sauté the mushrooms and green pepper together
9) Add to the sauce along with the salt and paprika
10) Mix in the lobster meat
11) Heat the mixture to warm up
