Ingredients
| Onion | 55 Gram | |
| Margarine | 15 Gram | |
| Vinegar | 75 Milliliter | |
| Demiglace 300 ml. | ||
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Castor sugar 1/4 tsp. | ||
Directions
1. Melt the margarine in a small pan.
2. Add finely chopped onion.
3. Cook gently without discolouration.
4. Add the vinegar and reduce completely.
5. Add the demiglace. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and add the mustard mixed with a little water and sugar.
7. Skim and check for seasoning.
