Directions

Place the turkey in a tray and loose the breast side of the skin ,by ur palm slowly
-Broil bread crumbs
-In a pan add butter and oil, garlic, onion, sage, bread crumbs and sauté
-When warm add egg and keep in walk –in
-Mix in soft butter, and stuff the breast
-Place in tray and roast at 170*c
-When done, crave and serve
