Roasted Turkey With Low Fat Yoghurt And Dill Dressing Recipe Video
A wonderful lunch recipe. It is simple with lots of carbohydrates. We are using low fat ingredients, greens. This is very healthy.
Ingredients
Turkey breast
Bell pepper- red, green and yellow
Red onion
Celery
Grapes
Cucumber
Low fat mayonnaise
Low fat yogurt
Salt and pepper
fresh dill
Directions
Wrap turkey breast in turkey bacon and sear it in a pan. Once it is transparent, put it in oven at 350 F for 1/2 hour or so.
Now mix 1 tbsp yogurt and mayonnaise, fresh dill, salt and pepper. And your dressing is ready.
Plate all the greens, bell peppers and onions in a plate and slice turkey.
