Hummus With Roasted Red Pepper Recipe Video
A simple to make Roasted Red Pepper Hummus recipe. After I shared a recipe for Babaganoush, a lot of people emailed me asking how to make hummus...so here it is!
Hummus is very simple to make at home. This recipe only takes about 5 minutes to whip up and you can really taste the difference between home made and store bought. Now don't get me wrong, I buy the store bought on occasion and some of them are pretty darn good, but at the end of the day, nothing is as ever good as homemade.
If you wanted to enjoy your hummus without the roasted pepper flavor, just skip them and you'll have the original flavor.

* A big fat pinch of salt
* Garnish with a handful of chopped parsley
* Serves 4-6 as an appetizer.
Directions
*I like to top my hummus with a little extra virgin olive oil and fresh parsley. then I serve it up with some toasted pita bread or cut up veggies.
