Pepper Crostini Recipe Video
Roasted pepper with lightly toasted whole wheat baguette is a healthy to prepare appetizer. The video will show you a very easy and simple recipe that you can enjoy before your meal.
Ingredients
1 yellow bell pepper
dash of salt
dash of pepper
olive oil
5 slices of lightly toasted whole wheat baguette
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut sides of the yellow pepper, remove its middle part.
Put the slices on a baking sheet.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle in olive oil.
Toss them well.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Peel off the skin of baked pepper, chop pepper slices into thin strips.
Spoon peppers on top of lightly toasted whole wheat baguette and serve.
