 2 cups chicken flavor instant gluten
 Vegetable broth2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Break off small balls and stretch and flatten these into 24 pieces.
Drop them into a kettle of boiling water that has 1 Tablespoon of soy sauce added.
Cover and simmer over medium low heat for 45 minutes.
Drain.
