Roasted Garlic-Lemon Sauce Recipe
I love this Roasted Garlic-Lemon Sauce for its lemony tang. This Roasted Garlic-Lemon Sauce makes a best bet with chicken, pork and vegetables. Just give it a try, you will be happy that you did.
Ingredients
3 large garlic heads
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Remove white papery skin from garlic heads (do not peel or separate the cloves).
Cut off top one-third of each garlic head.
Wrap each head separately in foil.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour; let cool 10 minutes.
Squeeze each garlic head to extract garlic pulp.
Discard skins.
Combine garlic pulp, lemon juice, and re maining ingredients in a small food processor process until smooth.
Serve sauce at room tem perature with chicken, pork, or vegetables.
