Roasted Yellow Pepper And Basil Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| Yellow bell peppers | 1 pound, roasted | |
| White wine vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Basil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped |
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
Stir in basil.
