Roasted White Turnips Recipe

Roasted White Turnips tasted more than just wonderful. Roasted White Turnips goes well with almost everything. Anyone, everywhere will love it!

Ingredients

 
3 large white turnips
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) breadcrumbs
 
Salt and pepper
 
1 egg, beaten
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) butter parsley

Directions

–  In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, cook turnips until tender, then drain, slice and set aside.
–  In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Dip each turnip slice into beaten egg, then into seasoned breadcrumbs and set aside.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and cook turnips until golden. Place in a serving dish, decorate with parsley sprigs and serve.
