Roast Potato and Peppers Recipe Video
This Pinoy recipe style of roasted veggies is very easy to make. It is also very tasty and don’t require much work. All you have to do is cut up some potatoes, onion and bell peppers, season it to your liking and toss it in the oven.
Ingredients
Chopped potato wedges, Chopped onion wedges, Chopped green bell pepper, Salt and pepper to taste,1 tbsp butter
Directions
A.Preheat the oven at 350F.
B.Spread some butter on a baking pan. Or you can use oil spray.
C.Put all your vegetables on that baking pan.
D.Season it with salt and pepper. Or you can use Tony’s Creole seasoning instead of salt if available.
E.Mix in some butter.
F.Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
