Ingredients

 Cream cheese1 Pound
 2 T. shallot, toss in oil and roasted
 5 minutes or until lightly browned
 Garlic2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Hot Sauce1 Teaspoon
 Green onions2 Bunch (100gm), chopped
 Red wine vinegar1 Teaspoon
 Thyme1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Cracked pepper1 To taste

Directions

Roast garlic and shallot; pulse in food processor.
Whip cream cheese in mixer with paddle attachments.
Add remaining ingredients.
Spread over choice of bread.
Use in place of butter.
