Roasted Shallot, Green Onion & Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 lb. cream cheese
 
2 T. shallot, toss in oil and roasted
 
5 minutes or until lightly browned
 
2 tsp. garlic
 
1/2-1 tsp. salt
 
1 tsp. hot sauce
 
2 bunches green onions, chopped
 
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
 
1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
 
Cracked pepper to taste

Directions

Roast garlic and shallot; pulse in food processor.
Whip cream cheese in mixer with paddle attachments.
Add remaining ingredients.
Spread over choice of bread.
Use in place of butter.
