Roasted Salmon with Orange and Soy Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Dried oregano | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 4 salmon fillets, skinned (6 ounces each), preferably thick, center-cut pieces | ||
Directions
In a zip-top plastic bag, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, parsley, garlic, oregano, and pepper.
Add the salmon, seal the bag, and turn to coat evenly.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Remove the salmon from the marinade and place in an 11" X 8" baking dish.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the marinade over each piece of salmon.
Discard the remaining marinade.
Add the salmon, seal the bag, and turn to coat evenly.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
