Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 small red potatoes quartered
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, thyme, garlic salt and pepper.
Add potatoes; toss to coat.
Place in an 8-in.square baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally
